Everyone seems to be asking about Fat Loss 4 Idiots, a popular fast weight lose online diet system involving a no starvation, metabolism boosting calorie cycling plan which allows your body to kick into high fat burning gear.

Now, while being the best parents we can be, I know firsthand it’s easy to lose focus on our own health and let ourselves go. I had fallen into this trap the last four years, gaining about 45 unwanted pounds in the process. What happened? I can’t explain it other than by saying, “I guess it crept up on me.”

Since I’ve tried the diet, I’m going to give you a comprehensive review to give you all the information you need to know to confidently purchase the product.

Note: This is a review, Click Here to go to Fat Loss 4 Idiots Website.

So how does this system work?

The program takes you through 11 day cycles where you follow their foolproof eating guidelines while treating yourself to 3 “cheating” days where you can eat whatever you like. You then repeat the same cycle until you lose all your desired weight.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is big on losing weight real quick and it says it will help you lose 9 pounds in 11 days.

Some of what you lose will inevitably be water weight because unless you’re obese, it’s extremely difficult for the human body to shed 9 pounds of fat in only 11 days.

“Still, you will definitely lose a good share of fat through each cycle, and this system provides all the information you need to easily lose your weight”

“Click Here to Go To The Official Fat Loss 4 Idiots Website“

The system works like this:

You eat 4 meals a day by switching between proteins and carbs, you drink plenty of water, you walk for exercise, you munch only until you’re full and satisfied, and you have to limit your sweets.

It’s neither a low carb or low fat fast weight lose program, and it includes a moderate amount of carbs per day so your body won’t freak out and crave carbs.

For those of you who drink, 1 glass of wine is permitted on this diet.

Also, vegetarians will be happy to find out they are in for a treat; there is a vegetarian plan included which consists of several soy substitutes and nuts.

The Bad

As with most diets, don’t expect to eat gourmet-flavored meals. The meals included with the plan are good tasting, but nothing worth writing home about. Still, you will lose weight, and it’s probably a good idea to stick with some of the foods when you reach your goal weight.

The Good

This diet definitely lives up to its name because it takes out all the thinking for us; we simply have to follow the plan as laid out and we will lose weight.

This diet is custom-made for success if you’re a person that wants to just follow a simple plan that gets results.

The Verdict

There’s a reason why this is the hottest selling weight loss program on the Internet. It simply works and now my testimonial will be added to the thousands of people who have reached their weight loss goals easily.

Is it really the best fast lose weight program out there?

In 2 months I’m happy to report I’ve lost 27 pounds; that’s not quite the 9 pounds in 11 days like they state in their sales page, but pretty impressive nonetheless. It averages to about 5-6 pounds every eleven days.

I highly recommend this product and encourage you to check it out if you need a sensible plan to lose weight.

Dr Huff acknowledges there is really no such thing as a ‘Sixty Second Parent’, that caring for children is a full time job.
“Providing parents with practical, relevant and timely information is more important than ever in today’s society,” said Dr Huff.

Along with practical parenting tips and information, site visitors will have access to reviewed products in the online store, ask questions of an online panel of early childhood specialists and participate in online parenting forums. In addition to the 24 hour support offered by the site, parents can receive a copy of the monthly newsletter packed with practical information from leading experts in the areas of parenting, child health and development. September’s issue includes an article on childhood obesity and four key strategies to combat this growing health risk, written by Robert P. Schwartz, MD from the Department of Pediatrics, Wake Forest University School of Medicine, NC.

With 4 million new mothers in the US every year, Sixty Second Parent is uniquely positioned to provide the best online information and products for parents.

Olson and his son, technology entrepreneur Steve Huff, have assembled a world-class team at Sixty Second Parent to address the needs of babies, toddlers, children and their parents. Parents have the opportunity to get answers and interact with specialists and other parents through an online forum. They can access parenting tips and recommended products and share these with friends across the web including Facebook or Myspace.

We just got back from Disney World last night at 7:30 P.M. (Eastern) and the first thing that came out of my childrens’ mouths was, “When are we going back!”

Seems to me that’s a parental compliment. It probably has to do with the fact that while we were making sure the kids were having a splendid time (my wife and I were constantly patting each other’s back), we were left wondering why we ever booked a trip to Disney in the peak of summer!

Boy oh boy, man! Was it ever hot! The good news for me was while at Disney World I certainly got to indulge in my favorite treats near the hotel such as eating smothered, covered and chunked hash browns at the “Waffle House” and chicken fried chicken at “Cracker Barrel.”

We made the Zephyrhills company richer by consuming a case of water a day as a family. We were actually force feeding our kids bottles of water at night and during the mornings in preparation for a daily scorching Disneyworld excursion. It’s difficult to get kids to drink water, especially when they’re not really all that thirsty, and even harder to convince them they’ll thank us later when everyone else around them is doubled over from heat exhaustion.

Disneyworld allows you to bring in water bottles and little packaged snacks and we took advantage of this in a big way. After spending a fortune on the hotel and tickets to Disneyworld, Seaworld, and Seaworld’s “Aquatica” water park, we really had no choice! A great way to start the day at Disney World or any theme park for that matter is to have a hearty breakfast before entering the attraction. This way you won’t be hungry for a good four to six hours and you can further prevent your hunger if you mix in some type of healthy breakfast or granola bars every two hours or so.

Sunglasses are a must for Disneyworld (no-not to slyly check out the good-looking women and men while your mate thinks you’re looking straight ahead!) if you want to see any part of the attraction at least half the time. Without them it feels like the sun is reflecting off the pavement and burning holes in your eyeballs. I had my custom-made, genuine imitation $12.00 polarized no name brand sunglasses on the whole time, and they worked fine. While we’re on this subject a hat, cap, or visor is something you should also consider to keep the dangerous sun’s rays away from your precious cheeks, and applying sunscreen should become an hourly habit!

Folks, it’s extremely easy to lose track of your toddlers when a theme park is packed like sardines in a crushed tin can. I experienced the old “heart dropping to my feet” somewhere between Adventureland and Fantasyland for a split second at the Magic Kingdom when my little Kyle dropped back while we were walking and briefly disappeared behind a huge Santa Claus-like bearded man who smiled when he saw the relief on my face when my eyes met Kyles’ eyes. After that, I made sure all my kids walked in front of me and I let my wife lead the way.

Our family is going to Disneyworld on Wednesday of this week. I’m sure of it. I know this because my eight year old Kymberly keeps saying it with a gleam in her eye so bright it can easily light up Times Square upon nightfall. My little boy Kyle, who has a speech delay, releases bursts of 9-word sentences while referring to Disneyworld, and he has suddenly started rattling all the Disney characters’ names as if they were actual family members!

I visited the Official Disneyworld web site yesterday afternoon, signed up for a free Kids’ games account, and was amazed at the superior graphics as well as the enjoyability of their games. Little Kyle was glued to the screen for a good two hours acting like he knew how to control the computer mouse. That’s when I really threw him a curve; I pointed at the computer mouse and said, “Kyle, that’s a mouse.” Kyle begged to differ and insisted, “No, daddy, that’s a mouse, Mickey Mouse,” as he pointed to that irritatingly, irresistible, iconic rodent! We continued our argument for a good ten minutes until I dropped the subject.

I went to sleep last night with the words “Meeska” and “Mooska” nailed to my brain, but praise heaven above, when I woke up this morning, I couldn’t remember dreaming about anything remotely related to Disneyworld. I served my kids breakfast while repeating the words, “Meeska, Mooska,” like I was from another planet in a distant galaxy. Kyle was looking at me as if to say, “Dude, you’ve got issues!”

I always kid my family members about how overly excited kids become when they hear they’re going to Disneyworld, but the truth is, once I’m there I can’t think of a bigger joy than watching the wonder in my kids’ eyes as they watch the Disney characters come to life. Three years ago, as big and burly as some people say I am, I sobbed uncontrollably (nobody saw me-I hope!) while watching my little Kymberly marvel at her idol “Ariel” during the “Philarmagic 3D” show because of how happy I was for her.

I say let your kids go overboard with excitement during the days leading to a Disneyworld trip. ”So what” if you pull out a few hairs while your kids continually ask, “Mom, Dad, when are we going to Disneyworld?” Every year before we go to Disneyworld, he heighten our kids’ experience by buying a couple of Mickey Mouse DVD’s and/or CD’s at Amazon.com, and by tuning in to the Disney Channel much more frequently. By the time we walk through the gates at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, they’re the liveliest kids in the whole place!
